Hi, I would be interested in whether I have to wait until 3pm to check-in at the hotel in case of taking the transportation service from the airport or not? I am also interested in whether the first day is like a "free-day" or not? So after the check-in in the hotel can I go out and make an own program for myself in Los Angeles? Thank You in advance!

Dear Customer,

Correct, the hotel check in time is generally after 3:00pm. This applies for guests who are self transferring or receiving the complimentary airport pick up.

There is no scheduled tour on day 1, it is primarily for the guest to arrive into Los Angeles.

If you arrive early you do have the rest of the day to plan a program for yourself and to enjoy the city.

I am planning to book the trip on Aug 20 and get back to LA on 26th . Is it advisable to book the flight from LAX at 11 pm? Also how close to the airport will I be dropped? Do I have to specify that in advance that I want to be dropped close to the airport?

For customers departing from LAX airport, please schedule your departure flights after 9:30p.m for U.S domestic flights or 10:30p.m for international flights.

This tour offers complimentary airport drop off, for guest who will be traveling back home on the last day of the tour we will take guest directly to LAX.

After a reservation has been confirmed we will ask guest how they wish to end the tour. At that time please provide your departure flight information and we will arrange the drop off accordingly.

Dear Customer, The price of admission to the West Rim does not include the skywalk attraction. Admission to the West Grand Canyon, would be paid to the tour guide, with lunch included. Should you choose to take the Skywalk attraction, this would be $35.00 also paid to the tour guide to arrange for you. How much time is allowed to be on the skywalk?

Dear Customer,

At a major locations or areas on tour, you will have anywhere from 3-4 hours total sightseeing time.

For the locations listed as optional excursions, you will usually spend approximately 15 minutes to 1 hour at these locations.

You should have more than enough time to do the optional Skywalk attraction during your visit to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon.
